JOBBIES, JOBBIES, and more JOBBIES

Everywhere you look there's a jobbie lookin for work. American jobbie that is. I am more than a little confused why American CAD Designers have become such an endangered species. I thought we cleaned house of the lowbees 5 or 6 years ago back when outsourcing CAD work got so popular. I would have to think that, anyone still working in this bussiness would have to be pretty talented in order to put up with all the crap. If I was in possition of making a decision who was going to handle my design work I would buy American. There's some truly great American CAD DESIGN resources out there. I would hope that integrity would prevail and America's Engineering companies would start using American Design House's. Like these guys www.plastec-design.com

CAD WORK IN THE USA

IM SPENDING MORE AND MORE TIME FIXING CAD DRAWINGS FROM CHINA AND INDIA. I WORK EXTRA HOURS TO DO MY PATENT AND QUOTE DRAWINGS FOR MY LOYAL AMERICAN BASED CUSTOMERS. IT JUST SEEMS COUNTER PRODUCTIVE TO ME, THAT AN AMERICAN BASED JOB SHOP LIKE MINE IS WASTEING TIME FIXING PROBLEMS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THEY USED ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. HOW MUCH CAN THEY REALY BE SAVING AFTER ALL THE SMOKE CLEARS. THAT'S WHY I DROPPED MY RATES A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO AND IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING.
